probably you did not deserve it for the style in which you won 
it should be automatic after you click pop-up window on the map
have you see wining screen and window showing how many GMs have you won?

Without additional information there is little we can to please take a printscreen of your 1st place and report it through the bug report button then our MA will take a look at this.
