If you were banned by a staffmember you should have been given a email. If it was the automated system then it's a different case.
It is also a case of the french server so you'll need the french SGO. Seems it was the automated system because you logged in from the same IP adress as Ukraine. I do not know who the French SGO is if you can't figure out you might want to contact Ikkeenniem He's cross server. The chance is howere rare that you'll be unbanned.
