Servers down again?

It seems to me like the server issues from a few days ago are back. Earlier today things were working just fine, then I was suddenly unable to access my games from my computer, with the message "This game is temporarily not availabIe for maintenance." I could only access them from mobile. I figured the problem was just on my end, because the server issues a few days ago didn't give that message. Now the mobile app is taking a very long time to load my games, I'm still able to open them but the loading is very slow, and none of the commands I give to my armies are saved when I refresh. Is anyone else having this problem or is it me?
