Achievements are not working again

Ribbons, badges, and medals are not being awarded to players who have earned them. There has been a red exclamation mark for months now when one looks up another player's profile saying there is a server issue and to try again later. When does Bytro expect to have this persistent issue fixed? This went on for over a year back in 2022--2024.
