I noticed the same thing and reported the bug to support.

"At war with" stats showing "zero"
I noticed that from yesterday in some games each players' "At war with" stats are showing "zero" (0), which means that no one is at war with other players. On the other hand, in Newspaper articles it is visible that many players are at war with other players.
It would be of great help if this could be active stat again.

I notice same thing about other players , yet my own wars are visible to me and also who I am at war with is visible so, probably a display thing with Bytro since it is showing wars and kills in Newspaper...Bytro will need to do some fixing, doubt this one will be top priority, we will see
