Ban from years ago

So I've been on and off in this game since 2012 then picked it up again in 16 and now picked it back up again in 19 and found out a lot has changed. When I realized that there are naval and air units I went to the help room to ask about all the new stuff only to find out I was banned from all chat rooms. Not knowing why or how I've been looking for a way to contact the support team and resolve this issue by any means necessary. Any suggestions?

Send a ticket via "Support" at the bottom of the Supremacy1914 website.

Well I contacted you in private too but seems you also made a post. You would indeed need either me or Mr.Dutch to lift the ban. In my message to you I've explained what we're doing right now so this should soon be sorted.
