bug in viewing and opening city menu

Same problem with one of my games 6028766 No newspaper, no province info. Cannot access the province administration info either.

I have same too , it's been more than a day , so the game is broken , the many goldmarks were lost

Same issue in Game 6013246 for 24 hours, provinces are clickable but the Province admin menu at the bottom of the screen doesn't open. The left hand Province Admin button opens a blank window and the DE Newspaper button doesn't work at all. No way to build anything
