Can't open my ongoing game on desktop (browser) since the latest update - redirect to main menu

although I can access the game on my mobile, I can't do so on desktop: it shows the loading screen for a bit, then returns to the main menu
when I checked the console, I could see a lot of errors (see attached)

I've also tried reaching out from the game's support menu, but did not get a response so far
