Are you still having this problem? Some users are reporting problems in desktop with Adblock and others with Chrome, maybe this can help you.

Continued Issue & Unable to Access on Desktop
Whenever I attempt to start the game on Desktop, it does not load & redirects to https://www.supremacy1914.com/game.php?bust=1&uid=44639153#/home/overview/ after a short load. It seems to not have much issues on App though.
