It is a BUG and is being used as an Exploit, file a report and supply this screen shot to the GO (Game Operator), maybe Bytro can fix this issue, I saw same thing about 2 yrs ago when mobil app was first introduced

Enemy figher flying way outside its range
Can anyone explain this? Enemy fighter flying over my land that is way outside of its range.

I think yes, as I don't see any signs of patrolling
its a bug for certain
