Fighter reinforce sight bug

Won't let me post the attachment because reasons? Fighter can see my sub while mobilizing and not on patrol, have recently moved the sub so no spies could have seen it. Enemy cruiser has locked onto my sub so guess I'm screwed now because of the bug.
