Moderator help pls

I'm more than a little concerned that a report I submitted regarding racism with a player/alliance has gone unresolved. I'd like an explanation. I have gone through the proper support channels and no resolution. Thanks.

How long ago did you make the report? We ask that you give it 72 hours to receive a response.

I made the report last weekend. So it's been quite awhile.

No, the app said that it would pass the report to a specialist investigator.

So is there someone I can talk to? Does the app not actually report stuff?

It should, but sometimes it has bugs. If you can give us a bit more info, such as game number, and the other users User ID# we might be able to do more for you.
