Road bugged - Hermosillo to Chihuahua

Check the travel time in the GIF, if I use the move command it'll bug and show like going to Chihuahua and then back, however if I use the "add target" it works as supposed

It's not just that road, I belienve it happens pretty much in every province and has been like that for years. It can be quite annoying sometimes when you want the troops to stay on the border..

Whenever this issue occurs, I just reload the game and it fixes the problem.
