If the map you're playing was created by you or another player and isn't a system generated one, that's why. Otherwise I suggest writing to support in game in settings/more and maybe they might know more for your case

Yes, the map was created by another player. But looking at the description of the map it says that there are 2 operations in it. And the other operation does give points correctly.

I think so, as long as it's a ranked game. So make sure anti-cheat isn't disabled and I think you need at least 6 players in the game for it to be ranked
