if I have two troops on an enemy territory, if with one troop I conquer the territory, I expect the other troop to gain the speed of friendly territory. But this doesn't happen. I need to reissue the move order to see changes in the destination time.
Similarly if a troop is disembarking in an enemy territory, to conquer it with another troop, doesn't change to disembarking time. In this case I didn't find any workaround.

troops speed in friendly territory works same, if you give orders to go to your province while enemy is going there, even if he conquer this province yout troops dont slow down till you give them new orders, its all mechanicks of the game, so or your troops will go slowly or you need to be online to reset orders for them to go faster.
its not a bug its intentional.

But for embark/disembark? I cannot reissue the order in those cases.
