stupid regular AI leaving empty provs

Hello,

that's the normal AI behavior since some months.

AI sends all units to the border provinces now.

is it normal for regular AI or elite AI B?

This behavior applies only to the (outdated) regular AI.

Elite AI is a little bit smarter

so you allow other to fight border skirmishes with AI while you move inside territory with ROW to grab free territories...

Actually Elite AI are far less likely to give you ROW now. In the past, I granted ROW and had to wait 2 to 3 days and then they'd grant it. I'm playing a game with Elite AI right now, in day 13 and NONE of them has given ROW yet.

the actual AI in the games is Elite-AI - and Elite AI doesn't move all units at the borders.

So this happening works only in old game rounds - in any newly created game rounds it won't work anymore

Kinda don't see what the problem is, I do that myself all the time. What good would a couple of Infs all over the place be? Sure, if you exploit ROW like that... but that's on you.
