sub attack invisible during fight?

hi, a battleship of me was attacked when moving by an invisible enemy. even during fight the is nothing my bombers can target ....

when i first noticed i got attacked

after first round of fight

Yes, it is a sub that's attacking you. I have had the same problem a couple of times, "invisible" subs. I reported it, so devs should be aware of it.

omg, for real?

now this is something that could be called critical bug as it influences outcome of battles, wars and maybe even maps
