It is (was? as I don't know if it has been fixed) known bug. Don't drag the slider, click on the left or right side of the slider to ajust it. Then it doesn't freeze.

unable to adjust resource bars, always reverts back to 50% split (evens splits) Game- 2613116 (tutotrial)
Hello,
as in title. when i try to adjust the resource settings of my provinces after i let go of the mouse click, the resources tab springs back to 50% split between the resources. I am then unable after that to even adjust the sliders at all.
