> Country selection will be random.
> The round will be created on ''launch day'' when full / ready to go.
> Anti-cheat option will be enabled for the round , network players will not be able to take part.
> 2 days inactivity timer will be applied to this round for active players.
> 1 day peace period for players
> No coalitions will be possible
> The round will be set to standard speed.
Game number and password will be sent via mailbox to participants on launch day.
The password will be scrambled after participants all enter.

This round will be advertised via chatroom until it has been filled or is full enough to be started.
*Prize redeemable via a steam login to receive a gifted dlc pack.
Prize will be paid to the highest score player at the end of round, it cannot be shared.
**staff taking part in this round will be recused from 'working' any support matters related to it, and will take part as players only.
Creating the round adds me automatically, it is possible I can be removed if participants prefer.
Be aware that even in our own games, staff are obliged to report any rule break they observe into the support system.

Nothing is carved into stone - but some options may require additional help from staff, which could add delay time on our launch day.

Love the "winner takes all" approach.
I'd like to see a 1 day AI peace period and whatever the maximum player peace period is. It would be interesting to see how development is handled if immediately taking territory isn't an option, but I'm not committed to that.

There will be some overlap, because chatters 1 has remained very active, as we hoped. so it could run for a while.
This Chatter's prize map will be in sign-up stage until filled - typically that takes days to a week.
