When you attack there is a bar that says Attacking and then a countdown to your next attack. In that bar is always a code like E7 or B2.
So the whole thing looks like:
Attacking (Next Attack 12:21 ) (BD 2)
What is that code?! What does it mean?!! P
It's driving me nuts.
That code is the unit ID.
The letters refer to the country, the number refers to the unit number.
For example (see pic), my country is 'J', and 13th infantry bridage = 13. So this stack is J13.
Any sufficiently advanced tactic is indistinguishable from magic to the uninitiated.
Oh! That's not as crazy as I was hoping. But thank you.
Be carefull, it is possible to attack the city as well. In this case the unit in the city is not the target. The name of the city will appear instead of "JB13" or something.
