Elite AI

The Elite should be more difficult. I am watching a AI being conquered by a player with 1,000 troops. Problem is the AI has 5,000 troops and 4,000 of them not doing nothing. My problem with this game is when you attacked when away from keyboard or an AI is that the units do not attack back. What army stands around and get massacred bc no attack order was given. Attack and be attack period. Nobody should be outnumbered and win like a conquering army.
