You get maybe 5K max from a win. He would have to play more games than is allowed and win all of them for that to be true.

I am currently in a game where another fella is bragging about how he has all these goldmarks by playing other games outside this game and earning goldmarks off them. Is this possible?

I would say you should ask if he means tapjoy games or other maps. If it's tapjoy then yes he definitely could be making enough goldmarks that way.
