There are something called a βDouble Production Provincesβ which produce double as much resources as the rest of the provinces, they have a shorter production time than other (22hours compared to 1day 2hours). However itβs a small difference so your enemy shouldnβt have that much of advantage (at least the first day).
How come certain country produce infantry faster?
So it's on beginning of the play, the default infantry of each country is 100 each, how come certain country had produced more infantry while mine wasn't even producing any single unit? My double resource with recruiting office still 1 hour away, and normal production with rectruiting office still 7 hours away, while each provinces of my neighbour already produce 1 each of their provinces while their provinces only has recruiting office and normal resource, all of them has normal 70% moral as well, so how come?

See how come North America still has that many troops after I killed 60 of theirs and this is day 1
Can someone explain? Is North America cheating? The game was just began several hours ago, NONE of my infantry produced, yet North America already has over 120+ troops

There are also tutorial maps where beginners get 200 infantries (20 each province) and an artillery unit.
could be he upgraded barracks for real cash?
Yes, barracks boost the infantry production, as well as moral.
