How do I interpret this inteligence?
Hello to all,
Question is simple: how do I understand what the intelligence report (picture provided) means?
The coal and gas have no values. Does this mean the player has negative income of those two? But if that was true I expected to see drop in overall morale across all his provinces, which is not the case.
