depends on opponents- if weak you can attack Ais
if they are strong it is better to wait - when others attack AI, then you attack them

Is it usually a good idea to attack a neutral,weak,AI controlled nation immediately after starting the game?
So I am playing a lot of rounds in this game,and I would like to know whether attacking weak countries for the resources is worth it.
Btw,in the 10 player map,which nation should you attack first as the Ottoman Empire?
Im a pretty Mediocre player

I think yes. My strategy is to find an ally/coalition from my neighbours, then to build fortresses on the border against others and to attack a small AI nation. This way I am strenghtening my economy, without losing vast amount of troops
