But my case is not so.
In my case I reported issue to the Bytro Support Bot, nothing happened (almost 3 days passed)
Admins in chat channels are also either unresponsive or stating that they cannot interfere with in game issues.
From when use of bad language is considered as "in game issue" ?
I hope someone hears me from this channel and this situation is resolved.
Maybe not a great place to write this but I have left with no other choice.

Did you complete all of the questions in the chat box with the support bot? Because if everything isn't completed, the report does not actually submit.
Chat moderators are exactly what their name suggests. *Chat* moderators. If there is an issue within a map, then they do not deal with, that is up to support.
