Morale of vessels

My boats start with 100% morale, and then after a few days/weeks at sea, their morale drops pretty good. How do you rebuild the morale of ships? Can you just park them at a home harbor for a few days? A little help please.

just time basically, ships will gain a percentage of health each day change. though, if they get to low, i recommend moving them away from combat until their in good shape again
