if you set the map by morale, instead of relations or colour, it's already like this

Provinces with different colour during the war - meybe for the next update?
For next update I would have one suggestion.: When at war with one country, there should be different colour of provinces that was just taken by your army. Like green with stipes, so you know what part of country was taken during the war and what provinces is already yours. When the war is over and all new taken provinces are around 35% morale, the colour of provinces should go back to full green.
It would be good overview during the war, and it would also be good overview of provinces with low morale, it adds to the realism that I like about these games.

You can actually see it on the smoke rising. All provinces risking rebellion has smoke coming out of them, normally it´s the provinces you just took from your enemy. That´s good enough for me anyway.
