Regarding the representation of the heroes on the map
The representation of the heroes covers your armies. What happens is the following, when you have your army without a hero in the same place where there is an army with a hero of an ally, your army is not in front of the army of the ally, only when you zoom in you can see your army. I think it would be better to prioritize your own army and not the ally's just because it has the hero, for two reasons: 1~ Your army has to be visible, it is the most important, and 2~ The hero, by occupying more space, even if it is behind your army, the "label" where you see the photo of the hero and the units that make up the army will still appear, also, being an army of another player you do not need to locate it quickly without zooming.

Note that in the same area there can be more than one hero of the same ally, imagine two allies with many heroes in the same place. Without a doubt, giving priority to making the player's own army visible is a necessary change.
