A Chat Feature for Better Experience

The trolls and spammers are proving themselves to be an issue for the players who are looking forward to enjoy playing the game and connect with others. The trouble makers constantly create a new account after getting banned permanently and they are consistent at it.

I wanted to suggest a chat feature, where a newly created account has to wait an hour or so to text in the chat. It might help maintain a better environment for the chat. There is also an option to take it further and avoid certain words to not be allowed as usernames. I am not sure if such a feature already exists, but it does, it would be great if that feature is tweaked and improved.

The only negative about the feature is, new players might not be able to access the chat in case they have a question or just wishes to socialize. So if they're given an option to be redirected to a page that has answers to most common questions or something like that would solve it. And a clear statement saying they are under the cooldown of 1 hour to use the chat feature after making an account will prevent any further confusions.
