Allow speed option when creating games

Can we create our own speed rounds? Instead of waiting for a speed round event, or joining a tutorial game where you risk being swarmed immediately.

Also how about speed rounds set at x2 speed? Normal speed feels slow at times, but increasing the speed too much disproportionately rewards players who are lucky enough to be attacking when others are offline.
