Bridges

I think that a big feature missing that shouldn't be are bridges with connectivity for up to lets say 15km. On the europe maps, bridges would only make sense in denmark, to connect to mainland denmark or to connect to sweden. Crimea to mainland would also be a location, but other than that i don't see much purpose on that map for bridges. On the shattered America map, around the great lake areas there are so many thin stretches of water that you can't cross, such as the saint lawrence river or the upper peninsula across lake superior. I think bridges should cost 200 steel and 200 wood per km, and a construction time of 3 hours per km.
