The Players need some sort of reference to the report they made when receiving a response, predefined response of Thankyou , ect... leaves us in dark as to which report is being responded to.

There are privacy policies which must be adhered to according to German Law. Bytro could give you (us) a description of the Report they are responding to without revealing the action taken ...as it is now playing several maps and possibly filing several reports in the 72 hour response time on any such report. The REPORTER never knows which report is being responded to when several reports are awaiting a response. <This is a Disconnect on Bytro's part.

Agree with this in particular. Nobody's asking for the guy's email address or social security number. Just whether or not the report had actually been assessed rather than just acknowledged.
