March Delay Tweak (on Mobile)

This isn't a missing feature so to speak, however, I'd like to suggest a tweak to the march delay. When playing Supremacy 1914 on mobile, it's difficult to select an exact delay (a specific hour or minute) due to having to use the sliding bar. In a sense, you have to slide it across and just hope that you stopped at the right time. It can be frustrating, particularly if at attack requires timing to be as precise as possible.

Now, the tweak. It would make it 100x easier if instead of solely using a sliding bar, it used a system similar to what's used to split armies. You'd be able to either tap the plus ("+") to increase the hour/minute delay time or the minus ("-") to reduce it, or manually input the number of hours and minutes to delay a march. Though of course the sliding bar could still exist, there'll just be a few additions that work alongside it.

I don't know if this has been mentioned previously, if it has, apologies; if not, I thought I'd suggest it.
