Multiple people play as one country

I think it might be a very cool thing to let several people rule one country. Especially in 500 maps with battles on a very big scale, it might be an interesting thing to try out.

The players will have to divide the tasks within that country between the amount of players that rule the country: before they can play as one country, they'll have to decide which task every person will be responsible for. For example: person 1 is responsible for air force, person 2 is responsible for navy and person 3 is responsible for land units. Person 4 is responsible for resources, ... Multiple tasks can be done by one person.

I know it's a ridiculous and vague concept, and that it will cause more countries to stay AI, but i really think it might be something worth to try out.
