Placing naval units from the inventory freely

In Supremacy, a province may have several roads leading in different directions. This also applies to coastal provinces. When building a harbour, you can specify which road the harbour should be built on. Any warships you have built will then appear there.

Heroes from the inventory can be placed in any province with sufficient morale. However, if you place a hero from the inventory in a coastal province, you face the following problem:

You cannot specify or determine which road in the province the hero is placed on. This is particularly frustrating for the battleship or submarine hero if they are placed, by chance, on the wrong road or side of the province. This means that unnecessary detours have to be taken.

Please amend this so that, when placing naval units from the inventory, it is possible to specify on which side of the province or on which road within the province the unit is placed. This should apply to naval heroes as well as to standard naval units.
