Take out the limit of the amount of games

@block blast I completely understand your point of view, and I agree that increasing the number of game slots would greatly improve our methods in Supremacy 1914. However, I'm wondering about how this will affect the balance of competitive play. More games could lead to more chances, but they could also overwhelm inexperienced players.
