This was done because earlier people used to spam newspaper unnecessarily with images. So to control it team decided to put it in premium category
Btw you can watch adds to get temporary high command membership everyday 😉

They should make it free to upload pictures in newspaper
This isn't really a missing feature but I would love to upload images onto my articles without buying a membership. I would most definitely have more fun if it came out free and it would definitely make roleplaying a lot more interesting.
