Troop Surrender and Aircraft Capture

Enemy Troops Surrendering

• Currently, when you capture all of an enemy's provinces, their remaining troops disappear. I think it would be better if those troops surrendered and joined your army instead.

Capturing Enemy Aircraft

• If you capture a province with enemy planes that cannot retreat or refuel, you should be able to capture those enemy planes and use them yourself.
