That's what barracks are for. A level 2 barracks in a double resource province at 100% morale produces 3 infantry per game day. That should be sufficient for most purposes.
Lack of infantry has never been my problem.

Would you Like time of production decreased for infantry?
I would really like to see less time of production. The game seems to be slow and not able to get any where quick. I would like there to be a production of units decrease who agrees?

i would increase time produion fro infantry
there is way too many infs on map

I think its well balanced to be quite honest. Just depends on your move early game. I personally try to balance and half my country's production by half Barracks lvl 2 and Factory pushes.
I would leave infantry production rate current.
