A new strategist joins the theatre of war. This release introduces a powerful Hero, sharpens the visual clarity of Hero progression, and delivers performance and bug fixes aimed at reinforcing the stability of our battles.

Hero Deployment: Johan “Aardvark” Maes is Now Available

The time has come to enlist a master of the earthworks. Johan “Aardvark” Maes, famed for his tenacity and trench-building brilliance, is now available for all commanders to recruit. Specializing in defensive operations, Maes strengthens Infantry in trenches and accelerates your entrenchment efforts.

Johan “Aardvark” Maes can be unlocked and leveled up using Hero Medals, which are now obtainable through newly launched Operation Events.

Operation Events: Earn Medals for the Aardvark

To support Johan’s arrival, new Operation Events are now live. These missions allow you to earn the Hero Medals required to unlock and promote him. Act swiftly, command decisively, and secure your place among the fortified elite.

Hero Tier Icons Now Displayed in Army Labels

A new visual improvement is now active across the battlefield: Heroes now display their tier level directly within their Army Label. Whether Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond, these new icons will help commanders assess their units’ strength at a glance and recognize the veterans among them.

Fixes and Improvements

Hero Promotion Fix

An issue that prevented some users from promoting Heroes despite having enough medals has been resolved.

• Heroes are now correctly promotable when medal requirements are fulfilled.

Global Ranking Search Correction

A bug where searching for a player positioned last on a ranking page would redirect to the wrong page has been fixed.

• Searches now display the correct page containing the target player

Trade Offer UI Fix on Mobile

In the Diplomacy menu, the trade offer text previously overlapped in multiple languages on mobile devices.

• The issue has been corrected for Czech, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, and Russian.
  • Android: Overlap at the top resolved
  • iOS: Message text is now properly aligned with trade icons
