Server Maintenance - Upcoming Downtime

To improve the long-term stability and performance of our systems, we’ll be carrying out scheduled server maintenance on September 24 at 04:00 CEST. During this time, the game servers will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 1 to 3 hours.

⚠️ Important: While the servers are temporarily inaccessible, your active games will continue to progress as normal. Unit movement, combat, production, and other ongoing actions will continue in the background. So make sure your armies have their orders, and your borders are secure before the maintenance begins.

During the maintenance, we’ll be making improvements to the database infrastructure supporting several of our statistics and progression systems, including K/D ratios, Battle Pass progress, and player ranks. These changes will help improve the long-term stability, reliability, and performance of these systems.

We currently expect the maintenance to take approximately 1-3 hours, although the exact duration may vary depending on how the work progresses.

For updates during the maintenance period, please join the Supremacy Discord or follow this thread. We’ll share any relevant updates here, including if the maintenance takes longer than expected and once access to the game has been restored.
