Are you up for the challenge of claiming the title of greatest general of history? Now is your chance!
In the Supremacy World Cup you’ll be challenging Supremacy’s most powerful players directly on the battlefield. You’ll get to fight yourself to the top against a variety of opponents, before laying hands on the strongly desired Tournament Championship medal or the Tournament (Semi-)Finalist ribbon for your astonishing achievements.
The Supremacy World Cup will be held for each and every player worldwide. Only the most motivated players get to wrestle themselves through several rounds, finally participating in the unique and prestigious final battle round.
This championship will be about honor, prestige, strength, courage. Winners will be greatly rewarded in Goldmarks and get to display the unique Supremacy Tournament Championship medal.
Their names will appear in a scoreboard on the forum where the winners of all World Cups can be found.

The real question is will it really be about honor, prestige, strength and courage or who has the deepest pockets? If it's just so those who like to buy their wins this is not going to attract real players.

I found the rules which says GM is strictly prohibited - but people will always find a way but at least it won't be blatant.

See rules:
♦ As this is a show of pure strength and Supremacy know-how the use of Goldmarks will be strictly forbidden. Anyone suspecting the use of Goldmarks in one of the battle rounds can report this through a ticket.
The games and possible expenditure of Goldmarks will be followed closely by several crew members from different servers. We understand however a slip-up can be made, eg. on smartphone. This will only be tolerated once throughout the entire tournament and only if the player comes forward himself about it.
Eg. speeding up something four times, or in two different places is not a “slip-up.”
Any and all use of GM besides this singular exception will lead to the immediate removal of the player from the entire World Cup.

you should put in every game one MA observer with tons of goldmarks to watch out for cheaters . if cheater emerges- start creating gold stacks to get rid of him from a map.

The event is completely GM free. No deep pockets allowed, only pure skill and maybe a bit of luck.

Can we get a better mix of players?
I want to let you know that there is a Supremacy World Cup Championship Game #8 in my list of games. There are 9 players in the player list. 4 of them are from the same alliance (GRUPO DE OPERACIONES MALDITO).
