Accidental Goldmark Blunder
I spent goldmarks by mistake, I was just checking out decrease morale option and due to the confimration message being off, the game spent my 4k gold marks !!!
. What can be done now, how long will the tech team take to reach out to me, this happened about 5-10 minutes ago.

Same thing happened to me a few days ago too

you can enable goldmark confirmation in settings and then it'll always ask you to confirm before spending gold 
just make sure to check every now and then that it's still enabled as it can sometimes get switched off automatically
