Are Supremacy Admins able to see a log of goldmark/booster use?

I started a game for a group of friends with the house rule that goldmark/boosters/heroes would be off limits for a more strategic and fair experience across the board. We also had a goldmark abuser the last time we tried to host a private game.

There's growing suspicion the same player from the previous game is at it again with goldmark abuse. Is there a Supremacy admin that can see a log of who/how much was spent or what boosters were used? Or are there any other ways we can determine this without external help?

I've submitted a ticket but haven't gotten a response yet. Goldmark is a hot topic, and I haven't dealt with support for this game before, so I'm unsure if tickets on subjects like this just get ignored.
