I have a stack of battleships off the coast of Tacoma province. No matter how many times I tell them to attack the forces in Tacoma no attack happens. Each time I give the command the timer says the attack will begin in 15 seconds, but it never does. Game ID is 9831169. Thanks!
I had the same issue two games back. It seems the artillery is not hitting its target. Moved them around before re-attempting. Only then did it work.
