Can't figure out how to send Anonymous articles in Newspaper

I can't send Anonymous posts in any of my games and can't figure out how to. I don't have a little switch at the bottom right hand corner either.

that feature was removed in one of the previous patches.

You can still send Anonymous Newspaper articles in Legacy mode , which is slated for extinction... I enjoy this feature and it would be nice as a Perk to do anonymous posts with High Command
