Concern About Delayed Customer Support Response for Missing Purchase

I wanted to reach out here because I’m starting to feel stuck with a support issue and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.


A couple of days ago, I made an in-game purchase — the payment was processed immediately and the money was withdrawn from my account. However, I didn’t receive the full content I paid for. Naturally, I went to the in-game support system, but the only option I could find was the automated chatbot, which directed me to wait for someone to get back to me “as soon as possible.”


It’s now been over two days with no follow-up or acknowledgment. I understand that sometimes support teams get busy, but for an issue involving real money, I feel it’s reasonable to expect at least a response within 24–48 hours.


Is there another, more reliable way to contact the support team directly that I might have missed? Or is this kind of delay normal for this game’s support system? I’d appreciate any advice from other players or a moderator — I’m not here to rant or complain, I just want to make sure my issue is being seen and addressed.

I flagged this before as well - your ticket does get submitted when you send something through and they have gotten back to me, but it was a few days/week later. I assume they're just swamped.
