Factory- Level 2

I am playing in 100p map, and I GM'd 12 hours to help start my ART a little sooner.

I have the resources to start a level 2 Factory ( I bought wood on the stock market for $15 each.....)

But it says the tech isn't available till 7 hours and 14 min, which is when the day change is.

So Factory Level 2 is ONLY available on Day 10?

yes, the start of day 10. it stops players buying up to level 4 on day 8
