Global and help chat disappeared (Fixed)

So i'm new to the game and have been playing for 3/4 days but my Global and help chats have disappeared and i cant find how to get them back. My current game chat is still there and i can see that clearly but even the icons in the chat window for global and help chat have disappeared. Wondering how/if i can get them back?

maybe i should have put this in the Bug Reports & Issues thread. sorry if this is the wrong place for this.
